Buyers must provide invoicing and shipping details, including the company name and a valid VAT EU number for European Union-based entities. Any differences between shipping and billing addresses should be noted in the "additional information" field. Invoices will be based on the Buyer's provided data. Panky Monkey is not responsible for errors resulting from system failures or communication errors between the Buyer and its servers. The Wholesaler is not liable for incorrect data provided by Buyers during order placement, including shipping costs, VAT rates, or product prices. Buyers must provide accurate email addresses and mobile phone numbers during checkout. Orders without this information cannot be processed.

 

The seller reserves the right to refuse or partially fulfill orders. If a product is unavailable at the time of order fulfillment, the seller provides the Buyer with available products from the order. The amount for the unavailable product will be credited to the Buyer's account balance as an overpayment, which can be used for future orders. Upon request, the overpayment can be refunded to the Buyer through an agreed-upon method. Buyers are responsible for monitoring their orders in the customer panel on the Panky Monkey website, where information about product shortages will be displayed. Goods are considered ordered upon clicking the "ORDER" button on the Wholesale website and after providing all necessary information. By placing an order, Buyers consent to Panky Monkey storing their personal data for order fulfillment and marketing purposes .

Processing Time and Delivery

Standard processing time is 1-5 working days, with additional time required for delivery. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond the Wholesaler's control. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. Buyers paying by bank transfer can expedite order processing by providing payment confirmation. Products are reserved after payment is received. Once payment is credited to Panky Monkey's account, orders cannot be canceled or modified. Panky Monkey offers shipping methods, including GLS, Fedex Economy, Fedex Priority, and Global Express, depending on the destination country.
