- Only damaged products are eligible for exchange. Buyers must contact Panky Monkey in writing within 48 hours of receiving a damaged parcel. The defective product must be returned to Panky Monkey within 7 working days of reporting the issue. Buyers must provide detailed descriptions and photos of damaged products within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
- All return and customs costs are the Buyer's responsibility, unless otherwise instructed. Panky Monkey does not accept complaints, returns, or exchange requests from the customers of the Buyer.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
- The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your card issuer's policies.
- Refunds are provided as credit to the Buyer's account, within a maximum of 7 working days after the Wholesaler receives the product. This credit is automatically applied to future orders. If the Buyer prefers a refund rather than a credit, it will be processed using the original payment method. Buyers are required to read and understand the cooperation terms provided on the Panky Monkey website.
